KARAL APARTMENT INTERIOR DESIGN

KARAL is a 200 m² apartment, located in the prestigious Sant Gervasi–Galvany district of Barcelona. The home includes 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and was designed to make the most of its generous size, abundant natural light, and open, airy layout.

From the beginning, our focus was on creating a spacious and calm interior with a clear sense of continuity. Walnut wood paneling appears throughout the apartment, helping to visually link the different rooms while bringing warmth and depth to the space. This is complemented by indirect lighting, which softens the interiors and enhances the feeling of openness, especially in the main living areas.

The kitchen was designed as an open, functional space, finished with stone countertops and wood surfaces that reinforce the material palette used across the home. Throughout the apartment, we combined natural fibers, wood, black metal details, and carefully selected upholstery, keeping the atmosphere balanced and refined without feeling heavy.

Some of the key furniture was custom designed to suit the proportions of the apartment and its layout. This approach helped maintain a sense of coherence and openness throughout the home, with consistent materials and finishes.
