KATZ

Katz is a 91 m², three-bedroom apartment in Barcelona designed to reflect modern urban energy with a sense of comfort. It features bold contrasts and unique color combinations that energize the space without overwhelming it. We chose to use sleek black metal elements paired with warm walnut finishes to create a striking contrast between the more industrial and natural aspects of the design.

In the living area, custom art pieces and thoughtfully chosen furniture create a welcoming atmosphere. We used a combination of vivid hues and subtle tones to define different zones within the apartment, ensuring each area felt cohesive yet distinctive. The open-plan kitchen, with its modern finishes, is designed to seamlessly integrate with the living space, promoting both style and functionality. The use of color-blocking enhances the sense of openness and encourages an effortless flow between spaces.

The bedrooms are designed to be calm retreats, incorporating the same color palette and materials found in the rest of the apartment. The custom walnut headboards and simple, clean lines of the furniture allow for a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. The final result is a space that blends contemporary design with a sense of warmth and comfort, inviting the owners to unwind while still feeling energized.
