MARCE

Marce is a spacious two-storey loft apartment located in Barcelona, designed with a focus on clean lines, functionality, and a relaxed atmosphere. Spanning 135m² with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it's main focal point is the double-height dining room that creates an open and airy atmosphere visually connecting the spaces. The goal for this project was to create a space that would feel both stylish and comfortable, reflecting a contemporary understated city vibe. The design features a combination of black metal accents paired with natural textures to evoke a sense of balance throughout the space.

The living area is designed to be both practical and inviting, with a layout that fosters a harmonious flow. We chose to use subtle wood finishes for the furniture and detailing, ensuring a balance of warmth and elegance. Local art curated throughout the design adds personality, while warm tones juxtaposed with bold black accents exude contemporary sophistication. The dining area's geometric wall installation serves as a striking focal point, elevating the space's contemporary allure.

The open -plan kitchen flows seamlessly from the dining area, creating a cohesive and open environment ideal for everyday living or hosting guests.

The bedrooms, enhanced with custom art pieces, maintain the overall sense of tranquility, with soft tones and minimalistic furniture choices. The design of the space prioritizes both comfort and style, ensuring that every corner serves both a functional and aesthetic purpose.

By blending modern design principles with a focus on personal comfort and Mediterranean charm, the Marce apartment offers a serene and modern environment for its inhabitants.
